Shipping & Returns


In order to warrant our customers a good-quality service, we work with Envialia for spanish mainland shipping, Correos for shipping to Baleares, Ceuta and Melilla, and UPS & Envialia for internationals shipping.
UPS offers our customers an order-tracking service which allows them to check on the current state of their orders anywhere and at any time.

Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer within 3-5 days on working days (20 days for GOALKEEPER model) if the goods are available in stock.

In the event that is unable to deliver the order on the agreed date, our After-Sales Service department will contact the customer 1 to 3 working days in order to let them know and proceed to confirm the next service delivery date, change or cancel the order.

In the event that the order has been paid for in advance, a full refund will me made immediately using the same method as the payment was done.

Spain Mainland: FLAT RATE 2,95 €

Spain Baleares: FLAT RATE 4,95 €

Spain Canarias, Ceuta and Melilla: FLAT RATE 9,95 €

Orders delivered anywhere outside mainland Spain (including Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands) will be levied with the corresponding customs duties, which will always be met by the customer.

Customs duties & taxes

European Union Citizens
VAT is included in all the products for sale in the web. If buying for a company eligible for VAT payment exclusion, please send you international VAT number and a legal certificate of it.

NO European Union Citizens
All the products purchases are not eligible for VAT deduction unless a legal certificat is present.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Orders delivered anywhere outside European Union will be levied with the corresponding customs duties, which will always be met by the customer.

Returns Policy

We only accept returns of merchandise within 30 days of receipt and have been authorized by the company La Tormenta Perfecta S.L:
  • If you have created a user account, log in to your account and you can request a return for an order HERE
  • If you have not created a user account, please request the return by mail

The procedure for a warranty claim in order to avoid unecessary expenses is:

  1. Send a photo of the faulty product to
  2. Note the exact fault in the product.
  3. Note the order date and number, also note the invoice number issued by La Tormenta Perfecta, S.L. (essential requirement).
No goods will be changed or allowed to be returned once they have been manipulated by the customer (i.e. if they are not in a re-saleable condition).
If the change is due to personal reasons (size, color, etc), shipping charges will be met by the customer and items sent to the address written in the authorization. MUNICH SHOP will exchange the product without any other cost and will ship the products and noted in the Shipping section.

In any case MUNICH SHOP will return the amount paid by the customer, a credit note will be issued for future purchases.
If the change is due to an error made by MUNICH SHOP, we will meet the charges derived from the return and send out the right products freight paid.
On receipt of the returned order, we will confirm that the goods are in good condition and that the return is due to an error made by us. After that, we will proceed to send out the right products.
